Our weekly group classes focus on a mix of compound movements and resistance training. We’ll target all major muscle groups, making it perfect for anyone looking to get stronger, build up their endurance and tone up. All levels are welcome.
Class Times: Every Tuesday's 6:30PM - 7:30PM and Saturday's 2:30PM - 3:30PM.
Location: 399 Arlington Avenue, Ottawa. Free parking available.
