Our weekly group classes focus on a mix of upper body and lower body exercises. We’ll target all major muscle groups, making it perfect for anyone looking to get stronger, build up their endurance and tone up. All levels are welcome.
Class Times: Every Tuesday nights and Saturday afternoons.
