Yes, I have you fill out a consultation form including all the foods you like/hate/allergic to and then I create a meal plan suggestion with breakfast, lunch, dinner, grocery list, photos etc with the goal of improving your diet while we train. MEAL PLAN

Yes, majority of the clients that start have also never trained before. We ease into it with body weight options until you're comfortable using the weights.
Yes, the class itself is women's only. I use a private space to coach everyone but keep in mind there are other trainers male or female using other sections of the gym.
